How are you doing?

I’m feeling a bit uuuuuuuuuuuughhhhhh. And bleeeeeeeegh.

My head feels like a cracked pistachio and my baby’s cranky. She had shots yesterday, which means that she’s probably not feeling too good herself. Neither one of us is going to get the rest we need today.

I just have to submit this manuscript and do some of that self-care shit.

Keep on keeping on, you out there. You got this shit. Whatever this shit is.

  1. Always remember the basics. Usually when I’m not feeling right it’s because I haven’t been eating enough (healthy) food, getting enough vitamins, minerals, water, exercise etc. But ofc, sometimes life can just be a struggle sometims and we have to preserve no matter what. Best of luck.
